Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, the Director of Legacy Giving oversees a comprehensive gift planning program apt to raise at least 30 percent of the current $225 million This Place, This Moment; The Campaign for Northfield Mount Hermon.  The position supervises the work and learning of the Assistant Director of Gift Planning, and works in close collaboration with peers in advancement and marketing & communications.  The position carries an advancement portfolio of 100+ potential supporters including many who will celebrate 50th+ reunions during the life of the current campaign. The position works closely with key volunteers including Trustees, Campaign Committee members and class volunteers involved with 50th+ reunion fundraising activities.
