General Purpose of Job The Revenue Protection Coordinator I is responsible for assisting in the safeguarding and swift recovery of company revenue by conducting investigations into reports of illegal property and power theft and disconnecting service. The Revenue Protection Coordinator I will also assist in collaborating with law enforcement, other utility agencies and internal departments to ensure effective case management and preparing cases for criminal prosecution. Additional responsibilities include analyzing and troubleshooting Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI) data for problems and assisting with the development and delivery of power theft training programs to front-line personnel for gathering data used in investigative reports.
