JOB SUMMARY: The Civil Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the civil development approval process for all company-related real estate projects -- predominately single-tenant retail projects from conceptualization to final permitting. Responsibilities will include handling entitlements, easements, and governmental relations. In addition, the Civil Project Manager will assume additional project responsibilities, as the company maintains an active and constant development pipeline.
