The City of Albuquerque Legal Department is hiring an Assistant City Attorney for its in house litigation position, which defends claims brought against the City and its employees. This Assistant City Attorney in Litigation will provide a variety of legal services from before inception of litigation into the appellate process. Other legal services may include, but is not limited to, providing legal advice, answering complaints, answering discovery, legal research, motions practice, case analysis, mediations, negotiations, trials, and appeals.
