SUMMARY: The Human Resources Director at the Oregon Symphony will be a versatile professional responsible for managing various HR functions, primarily focusing on benefits administration, HR Compliance, and employee engagement, within a workforce that is both at-will and under labor agreements. In this new role, the Director will shape the work culture and work to ensure the well-being of our talented team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits. Coordinate open enrollment, communicate benefit information to employees, and address inquiries regarding benefits.
