NJAIS Executive Director  The New Jersey Association of Independent Schools seeks an Executive Director of the organization to begin July 1, 2024. The NJAIS Executive Director serves as the chief executive of NJAIS and, in partnership with the Board of Trustees, is responsible for the organization's success. Together, the Board and the Executive Director ensure the Association’s relevance to the community, the accomplishment of the Association’s mission, and the accountability of the Association to its diverse constituents. The NJAIS Executive Director is, at all times, guided by the mission of the organization: to foster the educational, ethical, and professional excellence of its member schools while safeguarding their independence.
