Assisting persons who are applying for a massage and bodywork therapy license in North Carolina, licensees who are renewing their licenses and businesses that are applying for an establishment license; responding to questions about the massage and bodywork therapy profession, Practice Act and Rules of the Board; processing mail and emails; working with the Board's Administrative Director and attorneys to investigate complaints against licensees and businesses; working with the Board's Administrative Director and attorneys to prepare for disciplinary hearings before the Board; serving on Board Committees; and working with the Board members of the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy to provide oversight to the massage and bodywork therapy profession in North Carolina.
