This position requires a minimum of 3 years of contract surety experience in bond processing with an understanding of commercial surety knowledge as well. Location for this position is in our Houston, TX office or New Orleans, LA office with a hybrid work environment to work remote from home and the office. The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to retain an existing book of business in a professional, caring, responsive manner so as to generate client respect and loyalty. The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their surety success.
