Drebelbis Engineering specializes in Forensic Engineering and offers a career pathway for a qualified civil, structural, or architectural engineer. Required are a professional engineering license and experience in building design and/or construction.

Drebelbis Engineering’s extensive background is engagement by insurance adjusters and attorney clients on projects where they ask us to diagnose problems related to drainage, foundations, construction and building codes. Project locations are primarily in Texas and surrounding states.

Forensic engineering is an engaging way to practice engineering and an opportunity to make a difference through a variety of unique, and often unusual, engineering case studies. Minimum BS in Civil or Architectural Engineering

More than 5 years experience in building design and/or construction.

Current Professional Engineering License and able to attain a Texas PE License

Good writing skills,

Ability to use MS Excel, Word, and CAD software.

Physically able to climb onto and under buildings.

Business education and familiarity with building codes and construction contracts are helpful but not mandatory.
