Metro Transit is hiring 1 career service Real Property Agent II who will be performing and supporting a variety of tasks and programs associated with a wide range of public transit capital and operating projects. Responsibilities include assisting in managing and obtaining permits from numerous city, county, and state jurisdictions for transit capital projects, acquiring sites for transit facilities and other certain real estate transactions, and performing some aspects of managing transit real property such as property research, solving problems and responding to agency and citizen inquiries. This position resides in the Transit Real Estate and Environmental group in Capital Division but provides support to all other sections within the Metro Transit Department.An E
