The City of Rochester is in search of dynamic attorneys who want to work in a collegial environment, tackle novel emerging issues, and have a direct impact on the lives of the residents of and visitors to the City of Rochester.  The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: Real Estate and Economic Development: The City’s Real Estate and Economic Development practice is wide-ranging, and involves all manner of projects, including those aimed at encouraging business development and those increasing and improving the City’s affordable housing developments. This work includes negotiation and drafting of commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, deeds and easements; government f
