Job Duties: The primary purpose of this position is to provide collection services for campus based federal and educational loans, as well as past due balances related to non-enrolled student accounts receivables and non-student receivables. The position analyzes past due accounts, contacts past due accountholders, handles incoming calls and secures payment arrangements. The position submits past due accounts to the North Carolina Department of Justice/Office of Attorney General in accordance with the Office of State Controller accounts receivable guidelines. The position submits delinquent accounts to the North Carolina Department of Revenue for State Income Tax Refund garnishment under the Set Off Debt Collection Act (SODCA) and to the O
