The Office of the County Counsel focuses on offering sound legal advice, practical options, and effective solutions to the Board of Supervisors, the Chief Executive Officer, the County Administrative Office; other departments, commissions, and special districts; and various joint powers authorities. Its attorneys are at the forefront of cutting edge social, political, and legal issues such as marijuana and homelessness.
