Performs various tasks and responsibilities in support of the Human Resources Office. Serves as the first point of contact in the Human Resources Office.

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Administers the student employment process, to include referring students to hiring manager for existing vacancies, assists with onboarding, payroll processing, check distribution, monitoring maximum hour limits, monthly reports, etc.
Processes all verification of employments; and collects information and provides reports on new hires to the Office of the Attorney General. Coordinates and reconciles the Human Resources Department budget to include the recruiting budget, assigns interview training to search committees, and screens and moves applicants in Workday. Serves as the department’s receptionist, files documents in personnel files, answers questions and greets visitors to the office.
Processes part-time faculty Letter of Appointments (LOAs), assists with onboarding new hires in Workday, processes full-time faculty LOAs and completes onboarding, etc.
Processes the I-9 forms and updates I-9 documentation status in Workday for students, staff and faculty employment related documents.
Supervises student workers in the HR office.

Complies with all Trinity University policies and guidelines.
Performs other duties as required.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or GED
The substitution of education for experience on a year for year basis will be considered.
PREFERRED:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Two years of human resources experience.
The substitution of education for experience on a year for year basis will be considered.
Customer service experience.
PREFERRED:
Experience using Workday.
