The teammate is accountable for the administration, sales development and relationship management of employer sponsored retirement plan trust accounts; this includes the responsibility for making business development and retention calls on prospects and clients with the objectives of securing new sales and retaining existing clients. Independent judgment is required in order to plan, prioritize, and organize diverse workload. Work is performed independently with little or no supervision. The incumbent provides the highest quality of service to every customer. Essential Functions:  Collaborate on the oversight and management of compliance, investment review, reconciliations and communications with all parties involved in each retirement plan trust account
