The Clerk’s Office for the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals located in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a highly qualified attorney to serve as Counsel to the Clerk.  The Counsel to the Clerk is a member of a team of five Clerk’s Office attorneys who provide legal, procedural, and complex case management support to the Tenth Circuit. Counsel to the Clerk work collaboratively and independently to carry out the collective work of the team. Counsel to the Clerk interact with judges (primarily via email), chambers staff, and other court staff. The work of the position affects a variety of internal and external stakeholders, and is intended to position cases for efficient and effective resolution.
