Role and Responsibilities ·         Confirm revenue decimals and divisions of interest depicted on division orders. ·         Ability to clearly and concisely present issues and findings to internal Land team. ·         Work and effectively communicate with operators to ensure ownership transfers are completed, pay status is achieved, and operators are meeting their state statue obligations. ·         Analyze GIS, well data, and title documents to ensure that any missing division orders are received from operators. ·         Basic understanding of title research procedures as it relates to verification of NRI calculations and locating title chains for the operators.
