OverviewAs a Mortgage Loan Closer, you will work closely with our sales team, our customers and title companies, all of which will rely on you to be organized, accurate and approachable. This role will require an individual to be accommodating while adhering to necessary guidelines in a consistent, professional manner. Your daily responsibilities will include; preparing closing documents for our customers, balance funding amounts with title companies, ensure loan conditions have been satisfied and issuing funds to settlement agencies.
