Position Summary: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Principal Claims/Loss Control Representative for the Department of Healthcare Risk and Claims Management within University Finance and Administration. Under the direction of the Assistant Director, on a University-wide basis, the Principal Claims/Loss Control Representative conducts the investigation and management of assigned professional liability claims and litigation, D&O claims, employment practices claims and litigation which may arise from University Correctional Health Care circumstances and, also, performs associated loss control and loss prevention functions. Responsible for interacting with the Attorney General's Legal Division regarding the investigative process. Responsible for
