We are seeking qualified candidates for a Counsel position with our Financial Services Practice Group. The position will be based in one of our Texas offices (Dallas, Houston, Austin). Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in financial services litigation.           The ideal candidate will possess the following: Strong writing and oral communication skills, and an ability to learn new substantive legal topics as needed, Knowledge of federal and state court practice, experience preparing answers, motions, and discovery, Significant case management experience, Hearing experience is a plus.
