Aligned to the Chief of Safety, will work in conjunction with the Safety Manager to achieve service level outcomes. As the Prevention and Management of Disruptive Behavior (PMDB) Coordinator, considerable latitude is granted in the day-to-day management of the program. For the most complex situations, consultation may be obtained to ensure the attainment of program goals and objectives. Applicants pending the completion of educational, or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
