Position Summary If you love to stay organized, have excellent attention to detail and would enjoy supporting people in important leadership roles, this could be a great position for you!   As an executive assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the executive director, and occasionally the associate directors, in the Office of Admissions. You will help plan and maintain the executive director’s calendar of activities, track project deadlines and communications, assist with travel arrangements, and coordinate small events and meetings. The executive assistant will work kindly and effectively with diverse groups of people. In this position, you will serve as a representative of the executive director in interactions with students, parents, facult
