Juris doctorate or the equivalent from a school or college of law accredited by the American Bar Association; At least 3+ years of experience (Assistant) or 7+ years of experience (Associate) as a practicing attorney; North Carolina State Bar membership in good standing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience and proven success as legal counsel to a public institution of higher education, including experience within the University of North Carolina system; Experience with Title IX; Experience in healthcare law or intellectual property law.
