Legal Career Center

The primary purpose of the position of Director of Career Services and Employment Outreach is to direct all aspects of legal career planning, including direct student counseling, career development panels, workshops and programs, resume and cover letter review, and assisting students in the use of career resources and interview preparation. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the Judicial Clerkship Program and the Fall and Spring Recruitment Programs. The Director completes all surveys, and is the primary contact person for employers. The Director markets students to potential employers throughout New York, New Jersey and other desired markets, and maintains relations with other law schools for purposes of participation in regional job fairs.
