Our Federal Income Tax group represents public corporations, privately owned companies, partnerships, individuals, trusts and estates in complex transactions. We work on buy-side and sell-side taxable and tax-free transactions, partnerships and joint ventures, renewable energy and low-income housing tax credit transactions, and investment funds.
