JOB SUMMARY:Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and working closely with leadership, the SVP Chief Risk Officer (CRO) is responsible for supporting the CLO and leading multiple functions including Enterprise Risk Management for the BSWH system.  The SVP CRO has extensive healthcare legal and risk management expertise to lead in the development and maintaining of an Enterprise Risk Management strategy and framework for BSWH.  The SVP CRO provides legal advice for transaction risks, claims, litigation, investigations, and inquiries involving the system.  The SVP CRO manages and directs the insurance and captive program, collaboratively works with stakeholders to identify, and mitigate risks.  The
