Orrick's Global Operations & Innovation Center “GOIC” in Wheeling, WV has excellent Technology Internship opportunity for students currently working towards their degree in technology.

As a Service Operations Intern, you will provide onsite I.T. support to attorneys and staff in the Wheeling offices on all firm computer systems (hardware and software) and work on special projects as needed.           

Qualifications:

• Current student in an information technology or related associate’s or bachelor’s degree program.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Basic software troubleshooting skills.
• Computer hardware knowledge.
• Inventory Management abilities.
• Understanding networking concepts, database concepts, and basic scripting and/or programming language.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment, multitasking assignments, and to be able to approach problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and innovation.
• Self-paced learning. Willingness to grow in a professional environment.
• Willingness to show up on time and be a reliable member of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
