1. Develops and manages a high-performing Business Development and Intellectual Property Operations team focused on serving as trusted partners to Yale innovators. 2. Develops long-range strategic plans for the commercialization, translation, dissemination, and management of the university's intellectual property in collaboration with other university stakeholders.
