St. Lukes Health System in Boise is seeking a Data Integrity Specialist 1 to join our Health Information Management team for Release of Information.

Position Summary

Under general supervision, the Data Integrity Specialist 1 is responsible for maintaining the integrity of patient health record by monitoring, measuring, and reporting on documentation created by healthcare providers.

Data Integrity Specialist 1 provides support to inside and outside requester(patients, 3rd parties, attorneys, other SLHS departments, etc.) by providing records. In addition, this position also takes all Release of Information (ROI) phone calls and emails for the System and for those clinics that have centralized ROI work. Other duties include special projects, answering ROI questions, status checks, gathering records that are stored offsite and monitoring large volumes of requests to meet turn-around time deadlines, etc.
