Successful applicant will be a licensed practicing attorney. Adjunct will be required to teach a three-credit course (42 contact hours) in Real Estate Law (mandatory forty hours of in seat instruction Ohio HB 532). Instruction includes Ohio real estate law, municipal, state, and federal civil rights law, new case law on housing discrimination, desegregation issues, and methods of eliminating the effects of prior discrimination. 

Instructors:
1) serve as a role model, referral, and resource to students;
2) provide contact information to students; communicating availability and encouraging students to contact them for assistance;
3) In case of an emergency or planned absence, make arrangements for a substitute instructor;
4) Provide a complete syllabus on the first meeting of class and grade assignments in a timely manner; and
5)Submit final grades online by the university deadline.
6)Participate in assessment processes to determine efficacy of the courses and course materials.
