As a Non-financial processor, the candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing non-financial related transaction received via fax, mail, and email.
Non-Customer facing support roles within our Customer Support business locations.
Hours of Role: Monday-Friday, Monday-Friday 8:30 pm-5:00 pm
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Address changes

Transfers of ownerships and changes to the line of business

Required to review documentation related to powers of attorney, conservatorship, and guardianship

Work with our offshore processing team and provide support and training regarding handling requests

Requires adherence to established service levels with regards to timeliness of case handling and quality of work
Qualifications

Be able to navigate multiple administrative systems

Strong organization and time-management skills; can multi-task and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment of changing priorities/demanding circumstances

Strong work ethic, demonstrates commitment, dedication, highly engaged and involved in the job

Strong knowledge of all Individual Retirement products and administrative systems (ie. VTG, cSA, AWD & WMA) is a plus
