Accounts Collection Specialist The employee maintains past due tuition accounts, contacts students by phone, e-mail and mail, monitors student accounts, prepares accounts for collections, as well as assisting with student payments. The employee will also maintain and assist students who are entering repayment of Federal Nursing and Perkins loans, and assignment of Perkins loans.  In addition, the employee will interact with both employees and students in discussing accounts and processing payments and deposits. Employees must understand the mission of Catholic Higher education and be committed to the core values, mission, goals, and objectives of Holy Family University.
