The American Association for Justice (AAJ®) is seeking a Staff Attorney for its Exchange program. AAJ works to preserve the constitutional right to trial by jury and to make sure people have a fair chance to seek justice when they are injured by the negligence or misconduct of others—even when it means taking on the most powerful corporations. The Staff Attorney is responsible for developing and updating the Exchange’s Litigation Packets, a unique legal research/reference publication available exclusively to AAJ members. To do so, the staff attorney will collaborate with AAJ attorney members to identify cases of interest and example materials, perform in-depth research and legal analysis, and draft supplemental materials.
