NPR is seeking an experienced nonprofit governance attorney to work as part of our talented in-house legal team, leading a team of experienced professionals in support of NPR’s Board of Directors, advising on corporate governance matters for NPR and its subsidiaries, compliance with regulatory requirements as a nonprofit organization and membership corporation, advising on laws, regulations, policies, and legislative and regulatory initiatives that impact NPR and its Member Stations, and advising on complex commercial arrangements.
