This legal position within the Office of General Counsel will be responsible to provide legal and commercial counsel for a VSP line of business and/or staff group. This position will support a line of business and/or staff group and its respective senior management teams. Evaluates and manages legal impact of LOB and/or staff group's major business and commercial decisions and/or plans. Provides guidance on daily commercial legal matters relevant to the business and/or staff group.
