1. Support Board and Board Committees of OCBC and subsidiaries in their strategic and corporate governance activities - Arrange meetings, and prepare materials, transcripts, and minutes 2. Administer Power of Attorney (POA) - Prepare documents for execution in accordance with policy and procedure, update POA register and conduct half-yearly confirmations with business units 3. Support digital initiatives - Build database to automate record keeping, explore voice to text capabilities for efficient generation of meeting transcripts, and develop website and share-point for secretariat materials 4.
