Claims Management Coordinator
The Claims Management Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the response for all member damage claims and facility damage claims. Primary Position Responsibilities Review and investigate member damage claims and all types of claims. Coordinate assistance from operations when necessary to determine the cause of the damage by inspecting scenes of accidents and determining causes. This includes power quality issues such as outages. Prepare written report of findings and propose recommendations for correction. Coordinate appropriate information and documentation with the Risk Management Supervisor for claims to be submitted to insurance carriers.
