Corporate Attorney
Job Summary The Corporate Attorney will preferably have between 7 and 15 years of prior corporate legal experience, with a law firm and/or in a corporate in-house role, and will be a member of the Firm’s Corporate practice group. This is a full-time position and may be in either the Austin office or Houston office. Responsibilities of the position will include advising clients on corporate governance and structure matters; negotiating and drafting company agreements, partnership agreements, and other corporate documents; and handling M&A transactions, private placement and bank financings, and private investments. Title and compensation will be commensurate with relevant experience. Requirements Licensed in the State of Texas
