Greenstein DeLorme & Luchs, P.C. (www.gdllaw.com) is seeking a Litigation Real Estate associate with 2+ years’ experience to join our Washington, DC office. 

  • Ideal candidates have experience litigating real estate disputes, including landlord tenant matters (commercial and residential), drafting complaints and default notices, contract disputes and construction disputes, and experience with administrative hearing process.
  • Additional experience in fair housing, commercial bankruptcy (creditor side), tax sales and foreclosures is a plus.
  • Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to assume individual responsibility for client matters.
  • Possess a drive for excellence and willingness to take initiative to solve problems.

  • Strong writing credentials and excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
  • Candidates must be currently licensed in the District of Columbia or have the ability to immediately waive into DC. In addition, a license in Virginia or Maryland is a significant plus.

NOTES:
Telecommuting is allowed.

Additional Salary Information: Annual bonus, firm pays 70% of Medical Insurance, annual retirement profit sharing contributions, paid life and disability insurance, paid time off.
