The candidate we seek has substantial experience working directly with business leaders and innovators to shape our patent strategy and obtain high-value patents. In addition, the candidate should be proactive, organized, and self-directed to build relationships in support of our mission to increase and maintain the quality of Accenture’s patent portfolio. The candidate should demonstrate an ability to quickly and proactively identify, understand, and solve a wide variety of IP issues, including patent, copyright, trade secret and IP transactional issues, that commonly arise in our business. The candidate will also be a valuable partner to our business by helping to develop and implement firm-wide IP strategic initiatives, policies, best practices, and training to minimize risk and maximize business outcomes.
