Washington, DC Office: Food & Drug Associate

Arent Fox LLP is seeking a food and drug associate to join the 2^nd through 3^rd year associate class.  The ideal candidate should have experience in food and drug regulatory work within the Food & Drug Administration and/or a law firm.  We are particularly interested in candidates with primary experience in FDA regulatory counseling but also with some experience in enforcement and litigation matters involving FDA, USDA, and EPA-regulated products.  We have an international Food & Drug practice and counsel clients on a wide range of matters from product development and regulatory compliance to responding to enforcement actions and civil and administrative litigation.  Candidates must possess strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials and a desire to excel in a law firm environment.
