QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate possesses: - One to three years of real estate experience in acquisitions and/or asset management. Exposure to Industrial properties preferred
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, or real estate
- Understanding of real estate and capital markets
- Fundamental understanding of language contained in both Purchase and Lease documents
- Comprehensive understanding of real estate valuation methods including NPV, IRR, and Cap Rates
- Exceptional quantitative skills; Excel experience required
- Proficiency in Argus (DCF and AE) is required
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work within a small team environment
