Patent GC, a Member-only provider of on-demand intellectual property services, is expanding.  We’re looking for a former senior in-house patent counsel, with at least 10 years of experience including both law firm and in-house roles, to join our team as a Member.

Patent GC offers a unique alternative to a traditional law firm or in-house career. Our team members have tremendous flexibility representing fast-growth and large established companies, universities and research institutions, and venture capital groups.  We have a unique model that affords our attorneys work-life balance and high-quality legal engagements.  Attorneys are not expected to source their own clients.  You must be willing and able to be responsive to clients and work independently and remotely.  

As a Patent GC attorney you will:
