We are a growing San Antonio immigration law firm seeking a full-time attorney deeply committed to protecting, defending and promoting the human and civil rights of immigrants to join our removal defense and family-based immigration law practice.
Fluency in Spanish is required. We are looking for an attorney who will advocate tenaciously for each of our clients and has desire to make a difference in the lives of the most marginalized and vulnerable communities in the United States. You must be passionate about the work we do and the clients we represent.

Requirements:
Admission and membership in good standing to any state bar in the U.S.; Texas licensure preferred
Fluency in written and spoken Spanish
Superlative written and oral advocacy skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to manage one’s own docket with limited supervision
Ability to travel to visit clients who may be detained outside of San Antonio
Ability to understand the lives and obstacles facing our clients
Zealous commitment to the defense of immigrants’ rights and social justice before the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration Courts, the BIA and Federal Courts.
