Demonstrates teamwork in all interactions with coworkers and in the completion of all duties and responsibilities. Ensures confidentiality of member information. Plays a vital role in enriching the community by participating in community service organizations and/or credit union sponsored events on an annual basis. Performs any and all job duties of the Financial Services Representative position. Develops, maintains, and evaluates the credit union's training policies, procedures, programs, and manuals, specifically relating to new employees. Recommends changes or innovations as needed. Plays a primary role in conducting classroom training for new FSRs. Plays a primary role in mentoring new staff in both operational and product referral capacities, as well as acting as a mentor for existing staff on an on-going basis. Promotes and assists in the transition process when an FSR staff member has been placed at a specific branch. Conducts system navigation training for new or existing staff from various departments as needed. Assists with the creation and maintenance of written training materials. Assists in the development, coordination, and presentation of Wednesday morning training for various departments. Assists in developing, coordinating, and presenting materials in ongoing topic specific training sessions. Assists with classroom facilitation and the coordination of external or subject matter expert presenters. Other duties as assigned by the Training Manager.
Completion of the FSR Service Blocks Program required. Good communication skills with strong written and oral presentation skills. Ability to operate related computer applications. Resourceful and well organized with the ability to prioritize work assignments efficiently. Self directed nature, ability to work independent of supervision. Creative and adaptable with good problem solving skills. Minimum High School diploma or equivalent, four-year college or university degree in an appropriate field of study preferred. Previous experience in teaching or training with knowledge of adult learning desirable. Financial institution experience desirable. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. Frequent travel to various credit union locations is a requirement of the role. Reports to work punctually, works all scheduled hours, and works overtime as necessitated by business demand. Must be bondable.
