Looking for a Spanish Bilingual (preferred but not required), seasoned, immigration attorney with a minimum of 3 years experience. Knowledge not enough but must also willing put in the hours required to substantially contribute to a very busy fast-paced rapidly growing immigration deportation & adjustment practice. Incentive package for business introduced to the firm. Expert knowledge expected, no novices to immigration please.
1) Must be experienced in some or all of the following areas of immigration law: business immigration; deportation; criminal deportation 2) Must have petitioned for asylum, VAWA, etc. applications. 3) Must have immigration court experience 3) Must be familiar with complex adjustment scenarios, 601 waivers based on misrepresentation &fraud, the 3 &10 year bar, past criminal conduct, immigration violations, section 245(1) adjustments, etc. Foreign language such as Spanish, Polish a plus.
